The "Got Used Bookstore" stole my soul today...

Let's think logically here for a moment: I purchase a book for $120 brand spankn' new. I use this book for one semester carefull not to damage its corners or write in its pages, caring for the book like an orphan puppy. I then attempt to sell back my paper ladden piece of knowledge and I am told that they'll do me a favor and give me $30 dollars for it. Hmmmm. The interesting part of the story is the fact that they will sell it back for at least $50 dollars, probably closer to $80. So, needless to say the middle man(in this case Pirate) gets rich, and I'm left with enough money to buy a new pair of flip-flops and some waffle batter. How is it acceptable that I may be exploited just because i'm a college student? Do they think I will forget how much money I spent when they hand me that handfull of one dollar bills? I feel like freakn' Tom Sawyer getting a nickle for a hard day's work...cheated. I think its time to take it to the streets. I refuse to make another purchase in that bookstore or support them in anyway. They want to treat me like some punk kid who'll do anything for money? Fine. I'll treat them like a bunch of uneducated broads trying to get rich off of my so called knowledge. Why must I always return to this fact; bodies burn...oh yes, bodies burn.
